Searson Buck Group is proud to announce that we have been appointed to the Tasmanian Government’s Executive Search Advisory Services Panel. This appointment provides new opportunities for a range of C‑suite, Non‑Executive Director, Director and Chairperson appointments in Tasmania through 2026‑2028.

These directorship opportunities are suited to senior executives with a capability in overseeing organisations that operate within regulated, publicly accountable, or community‑focused environments.

Applicants will have the opportunity to contribute strategic leadership and governance insights to complex, purpose‑driven Tasmanian organisations in one or more of the following domains:

* Corporate governance and board leadership: stewardship of organisational performance and compliance frameworks.
* Financial oversight: strategic financial planning, capital management, and assurance of long‑term sustainability.
* Enterprise risk and compliance: guide mature risk governance and ensure alignment with legislative and regulatory obligations.
* Legal advice: on legal, IR and HR matters influencing commercial or people initiatives.
* Stakeholder engagement: diplomacy, transparency, and strategic influence within government, industry, and community contexts.
* Digital transformation: governance of large‑scale technology programmes and modernisation initiatives that enhance capability, efficiency, and service delivery.
* Asset management: investment and management of large scale assets and infrastructure that future‑proof Tasmania.

As Director, you will contribute to:

* Providing clear strategic direction to support organisational resilience and performance.
* Ensuring robust governance that upholds accountability, integrity, and public value.
* Supporting an executive leadership team through sound judgement, sector insight, and disciplined oversight.
* Strengthening the organisation’s capacity to deliver sustainable community outcomes in an increasingly complex operating environment.
