Your new opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our Superannuation team in Newcastle. Supporting senior team members, this role will play a vital part in delivering high-quality administrative and operational support. As a trusted go-to for the team, you’ll manage day-to-day workflow, coordinate communications, and ensure priorities and deadlines are met, allowing our technical specialists to focus on client outcomes. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a role where organisation, professionalism and people skills are highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to senior team members, including diary, travel and inbox management
- Prepare, format and distribute documentation such as letters, reports, invoices and meeting minutes
- Coordinate meetings including agendas, room bookings and action item tracking
- Manage records and registers in line with data integrity and compliance standards
- Support broader team administration including file management and client engagement workflows
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in a similar PA or administrative support role
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Professional communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- A team-first approach, always looking for ways to improve, support others and simplify processes
- Qualifications in Business Administration (or equivalent) are highly regarded
- Previous experience in professional services or accounting is highly regarded
