Job Description



Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we are expanding our Perth Energy Team. We are seeking to speak with Senior Project Engineers, with energy experience to support the design, development and delivery of generation projects.

How you’ll make a difference:

* Lead the engineering design, coordination, and delivery of projects from feasibility through to construction.
* Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule, acting as the client interface and supporting key decision-making.
* Guide and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality control of technical outputs.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
* Support business development efforts through bid preparation, client engagement and proposal writing.

The qualities that help you thrive:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering with exposure to energy projects within Australia.
* Proficient in using renewable energy design and modelling software such as HOMER, PVSyst, and WindPro (or other industry-standard software)
* Ideally, 6+ years of relevant engineering experience in the energy or renewables sector.
* Strong understanding of grid connection processes, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and/or supporting project management functions.
