We're growing Health e Medical Centre Geelong West is looking for a dedicated, experienced Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced and supportive team.
As the face of our clinic, you'll help ensure our patients receive professional, friendly service from the moment they walk in the door.
Your Role:
* Greet and assist patients with care and professionalism
* Manage phone and email enquiries
* Book and manage appointments efficiently
* Process Medicare/DVA claims and payments
* Use Best Practice software to update patient records
* Ability to work various shifts between hours 6.45am - 7.30pm
We're Looking For:
Experience in medical reception or admin
Confident use of Best Practice (or similar systems)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
