About the Role
You will apply a data- and evidence-led approach to evaluate reporting processes and contribute to broader reform evaluation activities. Working collaboratively across government, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of information to meet multiple departmental and governance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Evaluation and Reporting
o Lead the evaluation of reporting processes and reform evaluation reports using robust data and evidence.
o Develop and oversee frameworks, processes, and tools to gather, analyse, and report data across multiple reporting obligations.
o Ensure compliance with governance and reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
o Translate research findings into clear, meaningful insights to support reporting and engagement activities.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
o Engage effectively with stakeholders across government to gather data and key inputs for reporting artefacts.
o Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships that support collaboration and shared ownership of reform outcomes.
o Coordinate contributions across agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Solutions-Focused Leadership
o Foster a solutions-focused mindset within the team and among stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
o Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and team members.
o Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
* Communication and Performance
o Prepare and present high-quality written materials, briefings, and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.
o Deliver concise, evidence-based reports to inform stakeholders on reform progress.
o Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Team Leadership and Development
o Support the development of a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
o Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful delivery of reporting outputs.
About You
You bring strong experience in reporting, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement within complex policy or reform environments. You are highly organised, collaborative, and confident communicating complex information clearly to senior audiences.

Additional Information
Casual Loading: Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
