Role and responsibilities
• To deliver marketing activity as determined by the Principal Marketing Consultant and Marketing Manager.
• To deliver customers specific marketing plans and strategies.
• To deliver to the marketing plans set for customers.
• To assist in developing proposals for customers including time estimation and quoting.
• To be the first point of contact for PIER Marketing's customers.
• Deliver customer experience to The PIER Way.
• Proactively identify and make improvements to The PIER Way.
• To develop and deliver marketing plans for customers.
• Form and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry contacts.
• Compile monthly reports for customers.
• Attend customers meetings.
• Accurate delivery of work.
• Produce creative and content briefs and deliver considered marketing campaigns.
• Participation in team creative brainstorm sessions.
• Organise and prepare for customer meetings to deliver with the Principal Marketing Consultant and Marketing Manager.
• Lead presentation of activities, creative concepts and artwork to customers.
• Delivering customer work within scope of time, budget and deadline.
• Occasionally attend out of normal hours networking events.
• Provide efficient, effective and professional support to all customers.
• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and with given timeframes.
Skills and knowledge
• Proficiency in marketing delivery and providing tactical marketing guidance.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in running considered marketing campaigns.
• Working on medium sized business' marketing an advantage.
• Have a strong understanding of the breadth and application of the marketing mix.
• Have a detailed approach to marketing.
• Marketing delivery and review.

• Able to identify and seize opportunities for customer growth.

• Have an understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing and associated advertising.

Performance indicators
• Selecting one area of development per six months.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, ask for help, give help, positive can-do. Always.
• Reporting and management meetings with all customers.
• Increase the services offered to each customer by 20%.
• Ensure that 60% > customers remain working with PIER.
• Ensure that work is scoped and delivered correctly to budget.
• Ensure all work is logged in project management system.
Experience
• Ten years' experience in a marketing delivery role.
