The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team in full-time temporary roles,ideally starting immediately, with end dates ranging from December 2025 to June 2026
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll work in an agile environment managing a variety of recruitment requests - from bespoke and project-based hiring to large-scale campaigns - within a broader portfolio team.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers to proactively recruit both passive and active talent, contributing to the Department's talent roadmap across multiple divisions.
This role involves delivering exceptional recruitment advice, outstanding candidate care, and strong client engagement to secure top talent across a wide range of roles and levels.
You're adaptable, hands-on, and strategic - ready to provide tailored advice and solutions that ensure a positive and successful recruitment experience.
In this role you will:
* Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services aligned with best practice, legislation, and Public Service Commission guidelines
* Design creative job ads and sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet tight project deadlines
* Coach managers on best practice recruitment and talent management approaches
* Build and maintain strong relationships, influencing hiring managers and decision-makers at all levels
* Interpret recruitment and industry reports to provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making
* Manage medium to large-scale volume recruitment campaigns and talent pool programs

About you
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a unique blend of experience and skills, including:
* Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong understanding of compliance and privacy requirements
* Experience coordinating recruitment projects in high-volume environments
* Strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, including crafting strategic campaigns and job ads
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
* Confidence in managing difficult conversations while maintaining integrity in a changing environment
* A commitment to delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment journey
* Ability to undertake a range of administrative services in line with best practice, legislation, and Public Service Commission guidelines
