As a Grounds Person, you will work under the guidance of the Operations Manager as part of the Tennant Creek Hospital Grounds Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the grounds, including departmental residences, in line with an arid landscape theme.
Your duties will include daily waste collection, litter control, mowing, edging, watering, pruning, and weed management. You'll also assist with the maintenance of gardening equipment and vehicles and ensure all footpaths and cement areas are kept clean and safe. This role is essential in supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff patients and visitors.
