Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Manager – NT Motorcycle Centre, Berrimah
NT Motorcycle Centre is on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Manager to lead our busy department in Berrimah.
This is your opportunity to make a real impact, driving team performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the dealership. You'll work closely with our Service and Sales teams while representing some of the most iconic brands in the world: Suzuki, KTM, Husqvarna, Polaris, Piaggio, and Stark Varg.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Parts & Accessories team to deliver exceptional service and results.
* Interpret, quote, and sell parts to workshop and retail customers, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction.
* Provide accurate product information to both customers and internal staff.
* Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
* Drive accessory sales across helmets, jackets, boots, oils, filters, chains, and more.
* Ensure efficient operations, presentation, and merchandising of the Parts & Accessories area.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention.
* Forklift licence desirable, but not essential.

You're a confident leader with a passion for motorcycles and a knack for motivating people. You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in running a well-organised, high-performing department.
* Proven experience managing a Parts or Accessories department (motorcycle or automotive).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and drive team performance.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Background in inventory management and customer service excellence.
* A positive, hands-on attitude and a collaborative approach.
