We're seeking multiple experienced Change Managers for our federal government client, the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT).
Selection Criteria
Essential
1.Developing a business change implementation plan to identify required changes to processes, procedures, systems, structures and ways of working.
2.Using a structured process and set of tools for managing the people side of change.
3.Assessing readiness and capacity to change, aligning with business cycles and project timelines.
4.Creating and executing communication plans that focus on procedural updates and logistics.
5.Monitoring the impact of change management efforts and sustaining the change.
6.Assessing and developing change management capabilities.
7.Coaching change sponsors and aligning their roles with structured change processes.
Desirable
1.Have an in-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and an understanding of how these relate to a work area.
2.Maintain awareness of the longer-term strategic, political or operational outcomes for the agency/program and possible impacts on the work area.
3.Monitor changes in the broader work environment that may impact on work objectives.
4.Monitor work area performance with an in-depth understanding of relevant legislative and policy frameworks.
