**The opportunity**
We are searching for someone who is keen to learn and is passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous experience with accounts administration, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The position is responsible for the efficient processing of financial transactions and ensuring financial records are accurately maintained.

**The role**
Key responsibilities include:

- Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Create and manage payments of AP invoices.
- Process company credit card transactions and expense reimbursements including gathering receipts and coding expenses.
- Accurate and timely creation of AR invoices.
- Collect accounts receivable and assist to resolve customer queries.
- Creation of supplier and debtor master accounts.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile supplier statements and debtor accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of month-end processes.
- Update weekly sales reports.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.

ou will be an efficient communicator, with well-developed organisation abilities, who thrives on delivering accurate results and juggling in a fast-paced environment. You will be a 'self-starter', who can achieve goals autonomously, and your multi-tasking ability will be the envy of all with the good fortune to know you. This job requires a great attitude, supreme attention to detail, and the ability to be flexible and pivot according to team and business needs. Of course, you will top this all off with bundles of enthusiasm, and a big smile

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role (circa 2 years)
- Basic AR/AP experience.
- Experience working with Xero is a bonus.
- Intermediate Excel and general computer skills.
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology easily.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly to all levels within in the business.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to resolve competing priorities.
