**The opportunity**
We are searching for someone who is keen to learn and is passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous experience with accounts administration, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The position is responsible for the efficient processing of financial transactions and ensuring financial records are accurately maintained.
**The role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Create and manage payments of AP invoices.
- Process company credit card transactions and expense reimbursements including gathering receipts and coding expenses.
- Accurate and timely creation of AR invoices.
- Collect accounts receivable and assist to resolve customer queries.
- Creation of supplier and debtor master accounts.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile supplier statements and debtor accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of month-end processes.
- Update weekly sales reports.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.

ou will be an efficient communicator, with well-developed organisation abilities, who thrives on delivering accurate results and juggling in a fast-paced environment. You will be a 'self-starter', who can achieve goals autonomously, and your multi-tasking ability will be the envy of all with the good fortune to know you. This job requires a great attitude, supreme attention to detail, and the ability to be flexible and pivot according to team and business needs. **What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role (circa 2 years)
- Basic AR/AP experience.
- Experience working with Xero is a bonus.
- Intermediate Excel and general computer skills.
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology easily.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly to all levels within in the business.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to resolve competing priorities.
