About this Position Are you looking to take your sales skills to the next level with a company that feels like a big family? We're on the hunt for a passionate Sales Representative to join our Bundaberg branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be out on the road building strong relationships with our customers, helping them grow their business, and making a real impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities Execute a sales plan to achieve food service sales and margin targets in your territory. Build strong customer relationships, protecting your base and finding opportunities for growth. Work closely with suppliers to bring great promotions and new products to customers. Identify and win new business opportunities. Use your sales data to plan and forecast smarter. Make a positive impact on health, safety, and food safety compliance every day. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in sales, or strong experience in food service/hospitality. High-energy communicator who loves connecting with people. Commercially savvy with a knack for spotting opportunities. Comfortable using technology (tablets, MS Office). Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time like a pro. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
