About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves working with students and families in a multidisciplinary team to provide effective trauma-informed interventions and develop community development initiatives that strengthen educational outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in social work, current professional registration, and at least three years of post-qualification experience in case management working with children and families.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and ability to apply this in daily work
* Demonstrated experience in case management and working with young people
* Current driver's license is essential
Flexibility and adaptability are key requirements for this role, which may involve outreach in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities. The successful applicant will also have access to personal vehicle (desired).

Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work
