**Position Overview**:
We're thrilled to announce openings for enthusiastic and dynamic Group Fitness Instructors to join our team at Anytime Fitness - Clyde North. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility, where you can inspire and motivate members through engaging group fitness classes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver high-energy group fitness classes tailored to the interests and fitness levels of our members.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring participants perform movements safely and effectively.
- Motivate and inspire class participants to reach their fitness goals, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Incorporate a variety of exercises and training techniques to keep classes dynamic and engaging.
- Foster a sense of community among class participants, encouraging interaction and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously updating class formats to meet member needs.
- Assist with member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service before and after classes.
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise Instruction) or equivalent Australian qualification.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Previous experience as a Group Fitness Instructor is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Ability to create a motivating and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels.
- Flexibility to accommodate various class schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
