Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Description: We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the production process and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and customer demand
* Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability
* Manage production teams, including scheduling, training, performance management, and continuous development
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance
* Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
* Evaluate compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Prepare production reports and analytics to support business decision-making
Requirements:
* Experience in a production management role, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
* Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control
* Excellent people management and leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Able to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven process improvements
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
