Job Description:
The role involves motivating and leading a team of educators in the Kindy room to foster lifelong learning through child-led enquiries, connections to local primary schools, and positive community experiences.
* Develop and implement educational programs for children, considering their unique interests and strengths.
* Support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A suitable candidate will have:
* An Early Childhood degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
* A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
