About the role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager is responsible for the delivery of human resource management, employee engagement and industrial relations activities for one or more business units. Acting as a HR Business Partner, the HR Manager works closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational advice and coaching on people-related matters and delivers HR initiatives aligned to business goals.
About you
You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.
You will be tertiary qualified with several years of relevant experience in a medium sized company, that is operationally complex. With a sound understanding of legislation and standards applicable to employment condition, you will ideally be experienced in, undertaking workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies and Enterprise Agreements.
We are seeking a motivated, people and process-oriented individual, who is capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. Whilst previous airline or airport experience would be great, if you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at managing multiple priorities, we would love to hear from you, because that is a day in the life at BAC.
