Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role are:
1. Taking the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and onboarding new hires.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
3. Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
4. Ensure legal compliance with all aspects of recruitment/HR practices.
5. Prepare all new starter documentation and onboard all new employees proficiently.
6. Assist with other HR related duties as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1. Ability to work autonomously while overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process with extensive recruitment experience.
2. Self-motivated and disciplined when working independently while being able to work collaboratively with a small team.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply knowledge consistently throughout daily duties.
4. Knowledge of employment law and contract compliance.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities daily.
7. Previous blue-collar recruitment experience (internal or external).
