Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive engagement across digital channels. This role blends creativity with strong organizational skills to manage campaigns, coordinate content, and ensure seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in amplifying Katonic's voice in the market and ensuring our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute content marketing initiatives, including blog writing, social media management, and email campaign creation to support lead generation efforts
* Manage daily social media presence across LinkedIn and other B2B platforms, creating engaging posts that drive traffic and generate leads
* Support paid advertising campaigns by creating ad copy, designing graphics, and monitoring campaign performance metrics
* Develop marketing collateral, including case studies, one-pagers, presentations, and webinar materials for sales team enablement
* Coordinate webinar logistics from registration setup to post-event follow-up sequences and lead-nurturing campaigns
* Maintain marketing operations, including CRM data hygiene, lead scoring updates, and campaign tracking spreadsheets
* Create and optimize landing pages, email templates, and conversion forms using marketing automation platforms
* Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential partnership opportunities to inform marketing strategy
* Support customer success marketing by gathering testimonials, creating case studies, and managing customer reference programs
* Assist with event coordination, lead qualification processes, and marketing performance reporting to senior marketing leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
* Strong writing and communication skills with experience creating marketing content for professional audiences
* Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes with an understanding of LinkedIn best practices
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic marketing automation concepts
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing graphics and presentations
* Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Technical Knowledge:
* Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to track campaign performance using Google Analytics
* Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar marketing technology tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for content creation and collaboration
* Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
* Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead-nurturing concepts (preferred but not required)
