The Role: The Project Manager is responsible for the safe, cost effective and timely delivery of minor capital works and infrastructure related projects from concept through to close out. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organisational priorities. This role will see you partnering across multiple teams, including infrastructure, finance, procurement and operations, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: Lead the end to end delivery of minor capital works and infrastructure related projects from planning through to completion Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, procurement strategies and reporting frameworks Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and operational teams Prepare cost estimates, forecasts and business case inputs to support project decision making Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on milestones, risks, costs and outcomes Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legislative requirements and quality standards Lead project close out activities, including documentation, debriefs and lessons learned Your Profile: Demonstrated experience as a client side Project Manager delivering capital works, infrastructure, civil or similarly complex projects Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across multiple levels Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and fast paced environment Strong problem solving, negotiation and decision making capability across the project lifecycle Experience managing project budgets, schedules, reporting and procurement activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivery outcomesYour What’s on Offer: We offer a fulfilling career with exceptional personal and professional growth opportunities, along with a comprehensive range of benefits: Access to Leadership and Development Programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
