As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation as the business integrates HR systems into existing platforms. You'll join a stable, inclusive, high-performing team that values communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Partnering with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
* Mapping current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives.
* Producing high-quality documentation, diagrams, and reports for steering committees and technical teams.
* Contributing to the design and enhancement of HR-related systems and workflows.
* Supporting the testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
What you'll bring to the role:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR or enterprise systems environments.
* Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
* A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
* Experience in HR systems projects, with exposure to Workday considered beneficial but not essential.
