**About the Role**

Woven Image is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join our friendly customer service and samples team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting bespoke, made-to-order products that make a real impact in the design and built environment. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements and a supportive team culture.

**In this role, you will**:

- Accurately process and manage complex sales orders, pricing, and delivery coordination
- Track and follow up on deliveries and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Credit Controller with payments, pro-forma invoicing, and account management
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Warehouse teams
- Assist with periodic stocktaking and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

**What you bring to the role**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order-processing environment
- A confident communicator with a naturally helpful, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) and CRM platforms highly regarded
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience in a product-based or manufacturing setting is desirable but not essential
