Our Graduate Physiotherapist Program is designed to help you develop your clinical expertise and support participants with diverse caseloads.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to design impactful therapy sessions, improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength, and provide respiratory assessments and treatments.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Assessing and designing therapy sessions to meet the needs of participants with neurological, progressive neurological and disability conditions.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop innovative solutions for clients.
* Building enduring relationships with participants and witnessing the lasting impact of your work.
We prioritise participant care and provide ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
You'll have the flexibility to work independently with realistic key performance indicators and opportunities to personalise your work style and schedule.
