I'm partnering with a heritage, long-standing Australian brand that has built one of the country's most successful customer loyalty programs. They're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their Financial Services team – a critical revenue-generating function that works with some of the biggest names in banking and payments.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of major bank and payment partners, driving both commercial outcomes and sustainable growth. It's a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery: working on new offers and campaigns, negotiating commercial agreements and collaborating across internal teams to ensure partnerships deliver real value for both sides.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing key financial services partners end-to-end – from contracts and commercials to campaign delivery and performance.
- Collaborating with partners to co-design offers that grow customer engagement and points sales.
- Analysing performance and using data to drive smarter commercial decisions.
- Identifying and onboarding new partnership opportunities in a changing payments landscape.
- Working closely with marketing, digital, legal and finance teams to deliver initiatives at pace.
What we're looking for:
- A strong commercial operator with 5–10 years' experience in financial services – ideally with exposure to credit cards, payments or loyalty.
- Skilled at negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Comfortable with both the numbers and the relationship side – able to analyse P&L; drivers and also build trust with partners.
- High EQ, cooperative style and the maturity to navigate a matrixed environment.
