We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Insurance Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced insurance professional to lead and manage a small team responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of commercial property clients' insurance requirements and placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
Insurance broking experience, ideally looking after an SME or commercial book
Prior experience managing a small team
Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs
Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
