Leadership Role: Assistant Store Manager
About this role:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead a team to achieve success at our new store opening in Ballarat. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, training and mentoring Team Members, problem solving, roster management and payroll approval.
Key responsibilities include leading by example, managing tasks efficiently, proactive loss prevention management, and overseeing overall store performance.
