Job Overview:
As a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, you will provide strategic legal advice and represent the organization in regulatory matters. You will also support governance initiatives and manage litigation and risk.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and insightful legal advice on employment law, contract law, WHS, privacy, and other areas.
* Represent the organization before external regulatory bodies.
* Support governance initiatives and foster robust governance practices.
* Manage all legal risk and liability matters.
Requirements:
* Australian Legal Practising Certificate
* 7+ years of relevant professional experience post-admission
* Experience in Employment and Industrial Law, Dispute Resolution, and/or Litigation
