Onsite Physiotherapist – Australian Country Choice
We are seeking a qualified and motivated physiotherapist to join our large‑scale food processing facility. This hands‑on role supports worker health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in a dynamic industrial environment.
Remuneration
90,000 – 110,000 AUD + superannuation, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre‑employment medical assessments and health screenings.
* Provide soft tissue release therapy and musculoskeletal care.
* Manage and support Workcover injury claims in collaboration with WHS and HR teams.
* Develop and deliver tailored rehabilitation programs to ensure a safe and sustainable return to work.
* Engage employees and leaders to build a proactive health and injury‑prevention culture.
* Implement health promotion initiatives (stretch programs, toolbox talks, fatigue management).
* Perform ergonomic assessments of workstations and tasks.
* Analyze and report injury data to drive prevention strategies.

About You
* Degree‑qualified and AHPRA registered physiotherapist.
* Strong interest in occupational health, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation.
* Previous experience in Workcover case management or occupational physiotherapy preferred.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
