The Dampier Community Association (DCA) is seeking a proactive and highly organised Events Officer to lead the delivery of our annual community events. This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to be part of a dynamic team making a tangible difference in the Dampier community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and deliver a broad range of community events
Prepare and manage event budgets
Liaise with sponsors, partners, suppliers and community stakeholders
Coordinate event logistics, signage, acknowledgements and invitations
Maintain timelines, systems and reporting tools
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in events coordination or project delivery
Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
Experience engaging with sponsors, suppliers and community members
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency with event planning software and digital tools
