**The Role**
This L & D Training Coordinator role is a pivotal support function on a key business project. You are the conduit between L & D and the broader organisation.
You will be responsible for;
- Scheduling of training programs
- Tracking and coordinating training and management of participant attendance
- Supporting leaders and their teams with training gaps
- Scheduling, managing and maintaining a fluid training calendar
- Advising on timing of workshops to stakeholders
- Co-ordinating with facilities re room bookings, catering and additional requirements
- Administration of Training Register and reporting
- Liaise with and manage relationships with external training providers
- Providing administration support to projects team
**About You**
You have demonstrated experience within a Learning, Training or HR Coordination role - ideally having worked on transformational projects previously (desirable). Your strong attention to detail, friendly and professional approach will ensure your success in this role.
This role is broad in nature and you'll gain invaluable business transformation support experience.
