Key Responsibilities:
* Providing daily living assistance such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming
* Transporting clients to appointments and activities
* Offering respite care to clients and their families
* Assisting with medication administration in accordance with policies
Requirements:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
* Certificate 3 in individual support or higher qualification
* Experience working with people with disabilities
* Strong understanding of NDIS and its guidelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
