We have 60 showrooms and over 800+ team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint.
A unique opportunity exists for a driven Casual Showroom Assistant at our Batemans Bay Showroom.
Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to proactively build relationships and drive sales.
Initially, this would be for approximately 5-15 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
Engage incoming customers, assist them with their questions and convey the range of services available from the ILS Group.
Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
Provide information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more.
Process quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
Follow all WHS requirements at a showroom level.

May have SAP experience, which is preferable to have.
Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem-solve and seek out new opportunities.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Proof of Working Rights in Australia.
