Talent Butler is placing confidence with a successful advisory business that provides advisory and commercial property management. An opportunity exists for a Commercial Property Management Assistant to work in a lean, high-performing team.
**The Business**
The business manages a portfolio of shopping centres and A-Grade commercial offices in NSW, VIC and QLD. The purpose of this role is to assist in the day-to-day running of the commercial property portfolio.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Asset Manager; this opportunity would suit someone who has had existing experience in a property management role, including property graduates and residential property experience. You'll be assisting with the management of the commercial property portfolio and communicating and assisting tenants and clients, as well as external contractors.
You will also assist in office operational and administrative matters, attend asset visits and work in partnership with their clients. Assisted by a wider team, the position will be both rewarding but also busy. You will be managing several assets simultaneously, so having good time-management experience is essential, as well as strong relationship management skills.
**About you**
You will have either a property degree, or 1 year+ of relevant experience within the property industry. You will work with passion and enthusiasm towards clearly defined goals and collaborate with the wider business units for broader business outcomes.
With culture and values a key driver, you will be an effective communicator both professional with high levels of emotional intelligence. Having strong attention to detail and a focus on task management will help ensure success.
