**About the role**: 
Home Instead are seeking a Care Services Support professional to play a vital role in the daily coordination of client services and external purchases. Operating within our Peel & Southwest region, you will manage a variety of administrative processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and ordering goods and services.
Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you assist various areas of the business with administrative and clerical tasks. We emphasize building extraordinary relationships and delivering the highest quality service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** 
- **Promote Home Instead's Values**: Build trust and foster positive relationships with clients and CAREGivers through friendly, professional interactions. 
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the Client Care Services team with tasks such as document management, client list maintenance, and preparation of materials for clients and CAREGivers. 
- **Customer Service Coordination**: Communicate effectively with clients and CAREGivers, guiding them to the appropriate internal staff and resources. 
- **Order Management**: Manage ongoing orders for services and supplies, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with accounts payable. 
- **Data Integrity**: Maintain accurate CAREGiver and client information in the Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure effective matching and support audit tasks as needed.
**Qualifications & experience** 
- Knowledge and experience of community-based care and support services 
- Excellent customer service manner 
- Solid administration skills in Microsoft Office & Database experience 
- Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills
