Job Overview
We are seeking a specialist to drive the success of our digital power business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build account plans for distributors, panel builders, system integrators, and EPCs
* Negotiate commercial terms and run joint business plans
* Engage consultants via CPD sessions, design guides, and influence standards/specifications
* Track specification to tender to award, ensuring pull-through with selected channel partners
* Prospect, qualify, and progress opportunities; run bid/no-bid and win strategies
* Position solutions with value, TCO, ROI, including software and services attachment
* Execute partner enablement plans (training, certification, demo kits)
* Activate marketing initiatives (events, webinars, case studies, local campaigns)
* Leverage SE tools (mySchneider, Select, proposal tools) to improve velocity
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems.
Proven experience in business development, solution sales, or consulting in energy automation, power systems, or digital energy is required.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success with electrical distributors, panel builders, system integrators, and EPCs.
A strong knowledge of Digital Power portfolio: power metering, power quality, protection & control, EMS/EPMS software, EcoStruxure Power, and digital services is necessary.
Excellent commercial acumen, CRM proficiency, and ability to drive specification with consultants and convert to awarded orders via channels are also essential.
