The Opportunity
We are excited to welcome a passionate Recruitment Consultant to our expanding Sunshine Coast team.
This role is all about building strong relationships with candidates, connecting them to opportunities, and driving success for both clients and the business. You will have the chance to make a real impact in a fast paced, blue collar recruitment environment where no two days are the same.
What You Will Be Doing
* Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of roles.
* Manage high-volume recruitment within the blue-collar sector.
* Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Oversee assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent service, regular communication, and understanding of client needs.
* Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems and follow established recruitment processes.
