Park Avenue State School are seeking applications from a flexible, relational teacher with a good understanding of the Early Years Framework and reasonable adjustments to support all learners to work in our Early Childhood Development Program.

Are you passionate about shaping the futures of young learners aged 3–5 years with disability? Join the dedicated Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP) team at Park Avenue State School and be part of a collaborative, child‐centred environment that supports successful transitions into primary school. About the Role:
* Teach in small class settings with Teacher Aide (TA) support
* Work collaboratively with families and the School Nurse
* Support individualized learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Guide students through successful transitions into primary school environments
* Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For Essential Qualities
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Ability to collaborate with families and health professionals
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Commitment to teamwork
* Passion for teaching in a special education setting
Highly Valued (Nice to Have)
* Experience in early childhood special education
* Confidence working within multidisciplinary environments
