Job Title: Administrative Support Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to our Managing Director.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to implement streamlined business, administrative, and personal systems and processes that support our organisation's objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with colleagues on operational matters;
* Conducting research and creating reports, briefing notes, memos, correspondence, and other routine documents;
* Managing confidential files and records;
* Attending meetings and serving as secretary when needed;
* Keeping appointment calendars and arranging travel plans;
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records;
* Screening phone calls and responding to inquiries;
* Taking and transcribing dictation for letters and other documents;
* Potentially supervising other secretarial and clerical staff;
Requirements for Success:
* At least 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant to a General Manager, CEO, or similar role;
* Good understanding of organisational operations and the education sector;
* Highly competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
* Strong client service orientation with experience engaging with internal senior management and external clients;
* Strong emotional intelligence;
