National Retail Facilities Manager - Up to $160,000 package + bonus

Redpath Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate and property management company who are seeking a National Facilities Manager to manage one of their prestigious client accounts nationally, whilst being based in the Western Sydney area.
Coming from a retail facilities management background you will manage a national portfolio of circa 16 assets, predominantly retail, but some commercial too and focus on delivering customer experience in order to exceed the client's expectations.
**Key Responsibilities of National Facilities Manager**:
- Manage the operational delivery of the facility services and service delivery outcomes for this client's portfolio.
- Provide assistance on the financial operations of the account, including reporting and cost savings.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of operational strategies, changes, policies, and procedure to increase effectiveness and improvements across the portfolio.
- Work with the client to manage and drive portfolio capital improvements.
- Manage the operational facilities management for 16 assets interstate.
**The Individual**:
- Extensive facilities management experience either managing a retail asset portfolio, or shopping centre management.
- Ideally coming from a national FM role previously.
- Excellent leadership experience.
- Technical and or trade background ideal.
- Qualifications in Engineering or Facilities Management.
