We are seeking experienced, motivated and reliable Aquatic Service Officers with a Pool Operator qualification to join LeisureFit Booragoon. This role is ideal for experienced aquatic professionals who are passionate about safety, pool operations, and delivering exceptional customer service within a community-focused environment.

Salary: Level LFAQ 2-3 $43.34 to $44.76 p.h. + 12% Super

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide continuous pool supervision and ensure patron safety at all times
* Enforce aquatic facility rules and Water Awareness Workplace (WAW) procedures
* Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
* Assist with water quality testing and aquatic plant operations
* Perform First Aid, CPR, and oxygen resuscitation when required
* Support facility maintenance reporting and liaise with relevant stakeholders
* Promote and maintain a strong Workplace Safety and Health Culture
* Deliver outstanding customer service to patrons and community members
* Undertake Duty Officer shifts when rostered
What We're Looking For
* Strong pool operations knowledge and qualifications
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Aquatic Technical Operator (Pool Operator) Qualification
* Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time‐management abilities
* Sound computer and digital literacy skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Proven commitment to customer service excellence
* Previous experience working as a Lifeguard in a public aquatic facility
* Previous experience as an Aquatic Technical Operator in an aquatic facility
