Job Summary:
A leadership position has become available in a residential development project.
This role will be responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the project, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, possessing excellent stakeholder management skills and being able to drive business outcomes through effective planning and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver project strategy, inclusive of design, planning submissions and approvals, project launch coordination and marketing efforts.
* Manage project vision, administer contracts, develop budgets, track cash flow and implement risk assessment protocols.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to foster cross-functional partnerships and improve profitability by leveraging mixed-use capabilities.
* Work with project teams to enhance the customer experience throughout the sales and customer support process.
* Implement sales and marketing strategies, promote sustainability initiatives and ensure community values are delivered.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain product competitiveness, implementing necessary changes to project plans when required.
* Lead and mentor junior team members to build their engagement, knowledge and capabilities.
* Identify and mitigate key business risks.
