About you
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join to join our Banking and Finance team to work across Structured Finance, Securitisation and general Corporate Finance (domestic and cross borders).
To be successful and thrive in this role you will have the following skills
* At least 5+ PQE years’ experience demonstrated working experience in Structured Finance and Securitisation transactions.
* Experience in general corporate finance, asset-based lending and/or derivatives is preferred but not essential.
* International experience is highly regarded.
* An ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal).
* Be a team player who relishes the opportunity to develop your career and use your initiative.
* Have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
* A demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities within a team.
* Collaborative working style with a solutions-oriented mindset
