About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Production Coordinator to manage incoming customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate daily production schedules. You’ll be the vital link between our customers, internal teams, and machine operators — ensuring timely deliveries, efficient workflows, and high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage customer enquiries via email and phone with a focus on solutions and service.
o Input and manage customer orders using the EXO system.
o Recommend alternate products/solutions to meet customer needs.
o Coordinate POD (Proof of Delivery) and scrap deliveries in line with customer schedules.
o Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment.
o Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production tasks.
o Communicate production goals to machine operators.
o Monitor machine performance, report maintenance needs, and ensure a safe work environment.
About You
o Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
o Strong customer service and communication skills.
o Confident using ERP/order management systems.
o Solid organisational and multitasking ability.
o Understanding of production workflows and machine operations.
o Committed to workplace safety and teamwork.
