The role You'll provide end-to-end legal and administrative support, including: Drafting and producing legal correspondence and documents Preparing and amending court documentation and liaising with court registries Compiling briefs, discovery and matter-related searches Client liaison and file management Diary management, billing support and general practice administration Working closely with practitioners and the broader legal assistant team The Person 3-4 years' experience as a Legal Assistant (court documentation experience highly regarded) Strong understanding of legal terminology and document production Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with minimal direction High attention to detail with typing and formatting skills Professional, reliable and a genuine team player What's in it for you Full-time role with 1 day WFH after probation Supportive, professional team environment Training provided on systems in a new working environment If you're an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a stable role with good autonomy and flexibility, please reach out to Donna Thomas on 0448 204610
