Job Title: Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with our partner sales agents.
You will be responsible for presenting to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects, being the 'go to person' for all queries, and managing the sales process as required.
Your experience will see you flourish in a dynamic sales environment, highlighting your ability to build and maintain effective relationships, as well as your proactive, tenacious attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships that provides a platform for partner agents to make sales in allocated projects
* Presenting to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects and being the 'go to person' for all queries
* Managing the sales process and assisting partner agents as required
* Coordinating and engaging with partner agents including negotiating commission rates, agency agreements and access to projects / properties
* Assisting in the coordination of partner agent events to promote allocated projects and promote Colliers projects and brand
Qualifications and Skills:
* Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence
* Basic knowledge of Melbourne property market and/or off the plan project sales
* Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills
* Proactive, team oriented attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
