Conservation Land Management Career
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team and take the next step in their Conservation Land Management career. This role offers significant training and development opportunities, allowing you to become a leader in the industry.
The successful applicant will have industry experience and be able to work with project managers to plan and implement multiple land rehabilitation projects across the Geelong / Anglesea Region.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, autonomy, and team management abilities. The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of weed control techniques, herbicides, revegetation techniques, OHS principles, Microsoft Office applications, and physical fitness.
