About Your New Role
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Job Coach at our Monte Lupo Cafe in Eight Mile Plains, where you will be the expert in providing great front-of-house experience for our customers, handling food presentations, maintaining stock and putting your barista skills to the best use.
Responsibilities
* Experience with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
* Experience in the hospitality industry.
* Ability to train and upskill Supported Employees within the hospitality environment.
* Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
* Staying up to date with Food Safety Knowledge & others in procedures.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
