* Deliver prompt, professional support via phone, email, and live chat
* Resolve issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-first mindset
* Guide customers through product and service inquiries
* Manage orders, exchanges, and returns seamlessly
* Maintain accurate customer records across systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to elevate customer experience
* Continue growing your knowledge of our products and services

* A strong customer service background (1–2 years preferred)
* Top-notch communication skills—written and verbal
