Who you are:

You're tenacious, respectful and curious. You're agile, working well on your own as well as in a team environment. Our offices are in central Sydney and we work from the office most days. You have a passion for digital and social channels, growing brands and profiles online, leveraging the talents of theteam around you. Ideally, you have at least 2 years' experience within an in-house marketing team or in an agency.

What you'll do:

The Growth Marketing & Account Manager will have split responsibility for being the inhouse marketing lead for SEEN as well as supporting the broader Account team on our clients' businesses. With support of the senior team, you will have the opportunity to define how the agency grows its profile online leveraging all owned channels as well as the personal profiles of the Founder. With support from platform specialists, you will be given autonomy over SEEN's social accounts (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), eDM campaigns, PR/award submissions and content marketing strategy. You will bring to life some of our proprietary products, case studies, insights and events through an engaging and consistent content marketing program.

In addition to leading SEEN's content marketing program, you will act in a supporting role for our Digital Account and Digital Directors. In this capacity, you will be introduced to a variety of ad buying, analytics/reporting, project management and digital workflow tools that deliver work through the agency for our clients. You'll be provided on the job training to get you comfortable with all tools before becoming a member of our client facing team. This newly created role is an exciting development for our agency, as we enter a new phase of profile expansion and are looking for an eager, talented emerging talent to join and grow with the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Develop and manage SEEN's annual content marketing calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, aligning content themes with agency positioning and new business objectives
* Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates to inform a responsive and forward-thinking content strategy
* Support the senior team in identifying growth opportunities for the agency's owned channels and Founder profile, translating strategic direction into executable content plansTrack and report on channel performance metrics monthly, using data to iterate and optimise the content program over time

Client

* Assist Digital Account Managers and Directors in day-to-day client communications, meeting preparation, and status reporting across a portfolio of active accounts
* Coordinate asset delivery and approval workflows between internal production teams and clients, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
* Support the onboarding of new clients by preparing briefing documents, platform access audits, and introductory reporting templates
* Attend client WIPs and contribute to post-campaign wrap reports, helping to surface insights and recommendations for future activity

Production

* Brief and manage the creation of content assets — including copy, graphics, and short-form video — in collaboration with SEEN's creative and design team. Skills in design, animation, or video production will be highly regarded
* Own the end-to-end publishing process across SEEN's social accounts, from drafting captions and selecting creative to scheduling and community management
* In conjunction with the Founder, coordinate award and PR submissions, managing deadlines, collating case study materials, and drafting written entries for industry recognition programs
* Maintain a centralised asset library of case studies, campaign results, and brand materials to support both agency marketing and new business pitching

Profile

* Project manage the execution of SEEN's eDM program, including audience segmentation, template briefing, copy drafting, and performance reporting
* Bring SEEN's proprietary products — including Lens and Creative Intelligence — to life through thought leadership content, explainer posts, and event activations
* Support the Founder's personal LinkedIn and social presence by developing a consistent posting cadence, drafting content, and engaging with relevant industry conversations
* Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and partnership activations that increase SEEN's visibility within the Australian digital marketing ecosystem

Package

Salary range for this role is $80K-90K inclusive of super, commensurate with experience.
