We're now hiring a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end project marketing across a portfolio of high-profile developments. From positioning and planning to campaign rollout and performance review, you'll be at the centre of the action — not stuck on the sidelines.
This role is strategic for a reason. You'll be trusted to think big, operate independently, and collaborate with a high-performing team that pushes for better: smarter campaigns, clearer messaging, sharper execution.

What You'll Do
Own day-to-day marketing for a range of residential and seniors living projects.
Lead marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance review.
Collaborate closely with client-side teams across development, marketing, and sales.
Write, brief, review, and refine marketing content (EDMs, SMS, social, and more).
Manage suppliers and deliverables with clear direction and accountability.
Maintain marketing budgets and drive efficiency without compromising outcomes.
